A firm protested the modification of an Army contract after award. GAO held that the: (1) protest concerned a matter of contract administration which it would not consider; (2) Army properly determined that the modification was needed because of a mutual mistake regarding the incorporation of a wage determination into the contract; and (3) protester was not prejudiced by the contract modification, since the awardee remained the technically superior, low bidder. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
