[Protest of ASCS Reprocurement of Office Furniture]

A firm protested the Agricultural Stabilization and Conservation Service's (ASCS) resolicitation for office furniture, contending that ASCS improperly reprocured while its protest was pending. GAO held that it did not have jurisdiction to consider the requested stay of award. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
