Highlights

A firm requested reconsideration of a sustained protest against a Department of Justice (DOJ) contract award for a security system. In its request for reconsideration, the instant protester contended that the previous protester knew or should have known that DOJ would not evaluate a specified feature. GAO held that the protester: (1) essentially reiterated its original protest; and (2) failed to show that the original decision was factually or legally erroneous. Accordingly, the request for reconsideration was denied.
