A firm protested an Air Force contract award for practice bombs, contending that the Air Force: (1) improperly evaluated option price requirements it deleted in a solicitation amendment; and (2) failed to give offerers an opportunity to submit revised option and data prices. GAO held that the: (1) solicitation amendment did not specifically alter option pricing and acceptance data requirements; (2) protester had the opportunity to revise its bid; and (3) Air Force had no basis to question omitted or outdated option prices. Accordingly, the protest was denied.
