PROCUREMENT - Bid Protests - Antitrust matters - GAO review DIGEST: Allegations of collusive bidding and anti-trust violations are matters for the Justice Department, and will not be considered by the General Accounting Office under its bid protest function.

Incore, Inc.:

Incore, Inc., protests the award of any contract under invitation for bids No. N62467-88-B-0400, issued by the Naval Facilities Engineering Command, for foam filled fenders. Incore alleges that there may have been collusive bidding activity and anti-trust violations by potential suppliers under this IFB.

We do not consider, under our bid protest function, allegations regarding restraint of trade, collusive bidding or anti-trust violations as these are matters for the Justice Department. Joseph L.
