- Full Report:
A firm protested any Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) contract awards under certain solicitations, contending that DLA deliberately delayed the awards to conduct investigations of its integrity. GAO held that the protester was not sufficiently interested to protest, since it would not be eligible for award because of debarment proceedings against it. Accordingly, the protests were dismissed.
