A firm requested reconsideration of its denied protest of the Air Force's cancellation of a solicitation for laser printers. GAO had held that the Air Force properly cancelled the solicitation. In its request for reconsideration, the protester contended that: (1) its printer met the Air Force's requirements; and (2) it was prejudiced by the delay that the cancellation caused. GAO held that the Air Force reasonably cancelled the solicitation, since: (1) none of the offered printers met the solicitation requirements; and (2) less restrictive specifications would increase competition. Accordingly, the request for reconsideration was denied.
