This responds to your request for our comments on a proposal to amend Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR Part 15 with respect to subcontractor cost or pricing data. This is FAR Case No. 88-26.

The proposed amendment would consolidate and clarify existing FAR coverage with respect to the requirements for, and analysis of, cost or pricing data submitted in support of proposed subcontracts.

We have no objection to the amendment.
