AFR 12-50 VOLUME II) FROM "PERMANENT" TO "DESTROY 2 YEARS AFTER THE LAST YEAR FOR WHICH THE FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE FOR OBLIGATION" AND ALSO THE DESCRIPTION OF THE RECORDS FROM "DIRECTIVES, HQ USAF-APPROVED PROGRAM" TO "PROCUREMENT AUTHORIZATIONS (PA) FOR MATERIAL PROCUREMENT PROGRAM".
