[Decision Concerning Navy Civilian Employees' Entitlement to Administrative Leave]

A labor union requested a decision regarding Navy employees' claims for administrative leave due to inclement weather, contending that, although the employees did not report to work on the day of the inclement weather, they intended to do so. GAO held that the claimants failed to inform the Navy of their plans to report for work. Accordingly, the claims were denied.
