[Decision Concerning Energy Research Advisory Board Member's Claim for Reimbursement for Travel Expenses]

The Department of Energy (DOE) requested a decision regarding an advisory board member's claim for full reimbursement of travel expenses he incurred when he deviated from his approved travel schedule.
