[Response to Request for Comments on Federal Contribution to Corporation for Public Broadcasting]

GAO commented on the federal contribution to the Corporation for Public Broadcasting, specifically whether the contribution would be subject to sequestration in future fiscal years. GAO concluded that funds for payment to the corporation are not available until the beginning of the fiscal year and, therefore, are subject to sequestration in future fiscal years.
