An individual requested reconsideration of the dismissal of his request for reconsideration of the dismissal of his protest. The prior request for reconsideration was dismissed because it was not filed within 10 working days after the basis of the request was known. GAO found that the request was properly dismissed as untimely. Accordingly, the dismissal was affirmed.
