[Request for Reconsideration]

A firm requested reconsideration of a decision which dismissed its protest against the cancellation of a part of a solicitation because it was awarded a contract to perform the services under a resolicitation. Since the request was not filed within 10 working days after the basis for reconsideration was known, it was untimely. Accordingly, it was dismissed.
