[Request for Reconsideration of Rejection of Subcontractor Materials]

A firm requested reconsideration of a previous protest, which GAO dismissed as concerning a matter of contract administration. The previous protest related to the rejection by the Air Force of materials the protester proposed to supply as a subcontractor. In the request for reconsideration, the protester alleged that the contractor would not comply with the Buy American Act in obtaining the materials. Since the firm did not demonstrate that the original decision contained errors of law, and since the Buy American issue was also a matter of contract administration which GAO does not address, the request for reconsideration was denied.
