[Complaint of Proposed Cancellation of Solicitation]

A firm complained about a proposed solicitation cancellation by an Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) grantee. GAO does not resolve problems concerning grantee procurements until the issue has been reviewed by the grantor agency. Since EPA was still reviewing the complaint, GAO would not consider the matter. Accordingly, the complaint was dismissed.
