[Request for Reconsideration]

A firm requested reconsideration of a decision which was rendered by GAO in response to an expression of interest from a district court in connection with a lawsuit brought by another firm under a civil action. The court had issued an injunction prohibiting any performance on a contract awarded to the protester pending the GAO decision. GAO stated that, since it rendered its decision in response to the court's request and the court has not indicated any interest in a GAO reconsideration of the decision, GAO would take no further action on the merits of the matter. Accordingly, the request for reconsideration was denied.
