[Comments on Army Contractor's Involvement in Operational Weapons Testing]

GAO commented on the Army's proposed policy to restrict contractors from participating in operational tests of their weapon systems. GAO noted that the restrictions would preclude contractors from exerting undue influence on weapons testing and scoring.
