Incorporation of Contract Clause Into Proposed FPR Temporary Regulation

GAO was asked to comment on the advisability of incorporating a General Services Administration contract clause into a proposed Federal procurement regulation. The clause concerns the application of a Service Contract Act wage determination to contracts involving automatic data processing equipment maintenance and repair. GAO had no objection to the contract clause in question and commented that the achievement of the uniform administration of these contracts as contemplated by the proposed action would be desirable.
