A protester states that a school bus company awarded a contract to transport children at a military base intends to use buses which do not comply with minimum safety standards and requests that the bid be declared nonresponsive and nonresponsible. Whether the contract winner has in fact performed in accordance with the contract requirements is a matter of contract administration. This is a function and responsibility of the procuring activity and matters relating thereto are not for resolution by GAO under its Bid Protest Procedures. The protest, therefore, is denied.
