Modification to Prior Decision

A statement in a prior decision which implied provision for the payment of basic allowance for quarters (BAQ) at the with-dependent rate to divorced based on rate of alimony payment was misleading and was modified to read: "When a member is divorced and does not have custody of children of the marriage, BAQ at the with-dependent rate may be paid if the member is required to provide private housing for the children of the marriage through court ordered child support payments."
