Allegations That Awardee Is Not Capable of Supplying Products

A company contended that the awardee is not capable of supplying products and requested that the awardee be found nonresponsible and its previous contracts terminated. GAO no longer reviews affirmative determinations of responsibility. The question of whether contracts should be terminated is a matter of contract administration and is not for consideration by GAO.
