Entitlement of Married Couple to Two Dislocation Allowances

A decision was requested concerning the payment of dislocation allowances to a married couple, both Naval members, incident to permanent changes of station. Although the husband stayed with his wife in her quarters at the old duty station when he was not required on board ship, officially the transfer involved relocation from two separate sets of quarters, and each member was entitled to a dislocation allowance.
