Claim for Overtime Compensation for Time Spent in Changing into and Removal of Uniform

An employee appealed the disallowance of his claim for overtime compensation for time spent changing into and out of uniform before and after scheduled hours of work. The employee was permitted to wear his uniform to and from work and was, therefore, not required to report early or stay late to change clothing. The appeal was denied.
