Request for Restoration of Forfeited Annual Leave

An employee requested that annual leave forfeited at the end of 1976 be restored to his leave account since he decided to postpone retirement. A calculation error did not involve consideration of leave but related only to the employee's projected retirement annuity. Since no error was made in the leave account, the forfeited leave may not be restored.
