Computation of Retired Pay for Retired Reservist

An advance decision was requested concerning the computation of retired pay for a reservist who had been transferred to the Retired Reserve before he had attained the age of 60 and then served on extended active duty. Upon his qualification for retired pay when he became 60, he was entitled to credit for the active service he performed after his transfer to the Retired Reserve in the computation of his retired pay.
