Request for Waiver of Overpayments of Pay and Allowances

A retired Air Force member appealed denial of his request for waiver of a debt arising from erroneous overpayments of pay and allowances. The request was denied because the member was aware of the errors when they occurred and was partially responsible for correcting them.
