Reimbursement of Telephone Reconnection Charges

The Chief of the Accounting and Finance Branch, Warner Robins Air Logistics Center, requested a decision concerning a claim for reimbursement of the expense of telephone reconnection resulting from relocation of a member's mobile home. Since the expense resulted from Government action in relocating the mobile home, payment was allowed on the same basis as for utility charges.
