Reconsideration of Waiver of Overpayment

An employee requested reconsideration of a decision denying his request for waiver of his indebtedness for overpayment of living quarters allowances. The claim was denied because the employee failed to inform his new employer of a prior denial of living quarters allowances by his former employer. New evidence furnished by the agency indicated that the employee did inform his new employer of the previous denial. Since the new evidence demonstrated the employee's good faith, the waiver was allowed.
