Law Brothers Contracting Corporation requested modification of its contract with the Army Corps of Engineers for construction of range improvements at Fort Drum, New York, asserting a mutual mistake by itself and the Army. The contractor alleging a mistake was found not entitled to relief where the contracting officer had no notice of mistake prior to contract award.
