Contractor Alleging Mistake in Bid after Award Not Entitled to Relief Where Contracting Office Had No Notice of Mistake Prior to Award

Law Brothers Contracting Corporation requested modification of its contract with the Army Corps of Engineers for construction of range improvements at Fort Drum, New York, asserting a mutual mistake by itself and the Army. The contractor alleging a mistake was found not entitled to relief where the contracting officer had no notice of mistake prior to contract award.
