Orris C. Huet, Authorized Certifying Officer of the Department of Agriculture, questioned whether a transferred Government employee required to purchase a Homeguard Service Contract to protect the purchaser of his home against major defects for one year can be reimbursed. Even though the real estate agent required this contract, the expense was not reimbursable because it was not a required service by all real estate companies in the area. (DJM)
