A transferred airman claimed reimbursement for expenses incurred in moving his automobile and personal property to his home of record in anticipation of a permanent change of station which was subsequently cancelled because of the airman's sudden illness. The Air Force member was not entitled to reimbursement even though he may have been advised that the change of station orders, when issued, would not be cancelled.
