Failure To Separately Price Items for First Article Test Reports

A protester contended that the contract awardee was not obligated to furnish required data because no price was quoted for certain items and that the awardee's bid should be rejected as nonresponsive. The awardee's failure to separately price items for first article test reports did not render the bid nonresponsive because the reports' price was included in item prices which the bidder was obligated to provide.
