Claim for Reimbursement of Costs for Transporting Household Goods by Rented Truck

A member appealed the disallowance of his claim for reimbursement of expenses incurred in transporting his household goods by rented truck prior to his separation from active duty. The disallowance was sustained since the only evidence of such expenses was for a truck rental during a period before he had been notified of the date of his release from duty.
