Claim of Contractor's Employee Under Meritorious Claims Act

Under the Meritorious Claims Act, the employee of a Department of State contractor claimed the value of his household goods and personal possessions that he was forced to abandon in the fall of Vietnam. The employee's claim does not contain elements of liability or equity that warrant reporting to the Congress under the Meritorious Claims Act.
