Computer Program With Enhanced Magnetic Tape and Associated Documentation Printed in the United States

A company protested the award of a General Services Administration contract for a computer program consisting of a software package produced in Germany and a master tape and documentation printed in the United States. The computer program is properly considered a domestic end product for purposes of the Buy American Act.
