A military member requested reconsideration of his claim for reimbursement of the travel expenses of his dependent daughter from Stuttgart, Germany, to Selfridge, Michigan. The member was not entitled to reimbursement for dependent travel since the daughter had traveled to Germany and returned to the United States at personal expense prior to the issuance of change of station orders and prior to receipt of official notice that such orders would be issued.
