Request for Reconsideration of Part of Prior Decision

The protester requested reconsideration of that part of a prior decision holding that its protest against an alleged solicitation impropriety which was apparent prior to bid opening but was filed after bid opening was untimely. The request for reconsideration was rejected since the alleged over-statement of the estimated quantities in a single solicitation did not raise an issue which was significant to procurement practices or procedures.
