Request for Waiver of Indebtedness for Overpayments

An Air Force member appealed the denial of his request for waiver of his indebtedness for overpayments because allotments were not deducted from his monthly pay. Although the member informed officials of possible overpayments, he was also responsible for setting aside the excess sums for repayment.
