Request for Advance Decision Concerning Correction of Bids

A decision was requested concerning the correction of bids after requests for verification by the contracting officer. The failure of bidders to affirmatively include indicators with percentages did not render the bids nonresponsive, but mistake-in-bid procedures were not applicable because the situation did not involve omission of items required by the solicitation.
