A civilian employee appealed the denial of his claim for reimbursement of real estate expenses which he incurred 4 years after his change of station. The employee was not entitled to reimbursement of expenses incurred in the sale of his residence since the settlement date exceeded the time limit for reimbursement. By the time the residence was sold, the employee had been transferred again, and the residence which was sold was located at a former station.
