Unreasonable Interpretation of Decision Recommendation - Computek Letter

GAO indicated concern with the action of the Department of Health, Education, and Welfare (HEW) in exercising the purchase option in a contract and failing to inform GAO or any of the interested parties, and continuing to purchase Delta Data units based on an unreasonable interpretation of our decision.
