Application of Statute of Limitations in Connection with Consideration of Unpaid Bills

The Langer Transportation Company asked for GAO's opinion regarding unpaid freight bills for services provided to the government by the company, contending that the running of the time limitation in 49 U.S.C. 66 had been tolled because the Vietnam conflict was in "any time of war."
