Reconsideration of Claim for Overtime Compensation

An employee who allegedly worked overtime and whose claim for overtime compensation was disallowed on the ground that such overtime was not authorized nor approved requested reconsideration of that decision. The previous disallowance was affirmed since the record showed that the overtime was neither officially authorized nor approved as required by applicable statutes.
