Request for Decision on Amount of Scrap Metal Rafo Builders Was Entitled to Remove

GAO was asked to provide their views on the amount of scrap metal Rafo Builders was entitled to remove under a Sales Contract awarded to that firm by the Defense Surplus Sales Office.

GAO determined the matter was under consideration by the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals. GAO further indicated that it was their policy not to render a decision on a protest where the materiel issues were also involved in litigation before the Board.
