IT HAS COME TO OUR ATTENTION THAT COMPUTER SCIENCES CORPORATION HAS FILED AN ACTION IN THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA TITLED COMPUTER SCIENCES CORPORATION V JOHN H. CHAFEE, SECRETARY OF THE NAVY, CIVIL ACTION FILE NO. 406-71. WE NOTE THAT IN YOUR PETITION, FILED IN THE ABOVE ACTION, THE SAME ISSUES AND CONTENTIONS ARE RAISED AS IN YOUR LETTER TO OUR OFFICE, AND ARE PENDING BEFORE THE COURT.
