OUR RECORDS SHOW THAT THE DEPARTMENT OF THE ARMY HAS RECEIVED A REQUEST FROM THE HONORABLE CHARLES MCC. MATHIAS, JR., ASKING THAT THE DEPARTMENT TEMPORARILY SUSPEND COLLECTION ACTION IN THE CASE OF MRS. JUSTINE M. DUBENDORF, AN EMPLOYEE WHO HAS BEEN OVERPAID COMPENSATION IN THE AMOUNT OF $686.41 AS A RESULT OF AN ADMINISTRATIVE ERROR, WHILE THE PRIVATE RELIEF BILL HE INTRODUCED, H.R. 2770, IS BEING CONSIDERED BY THE CONGRESS.
