WE HAVE REVIEWED THE RECORD CONCERNING YOUR CLAIM AND CONCLUDE THAT THE FREIGHT CHARGES ON THE SHIPMENT TRANSPORTED UNDER THE BILL OF LADING SHOULD BE RECOMPUTED ON AN EXCLUSIVE-USE-OF-VEHICLE BASIS. WE HAVE AUTHORIZED THE REVISION OF THE SETTLEMENT AND IN DUE COURSE YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED OF THE ADDITIONAL FREIGHT CHARGES WHICH MAY BE FOUND ALLOWABLE ON THE SHIPMENT.

THE SETTLEMENT DISALLOWED YOUR CLAIM FOR $819.70, THE ADDITIONAL FREIGHT CHARGES ALLEGEDLY DUE FOR TRANSPORTING A SHIPMENT OF ROCKET PARTS DURING SEPTEMBER 1960 FROM SAVANNA, OKLAHOMA, TO GEORGE AIR FORCE BASE, CALIFORNIA, UNDER GOVERNMENT BILL OF LADING NO. A 3053903.

WE HAVE REVIEWED THE RECORD CONCERNING YOUR CLAIM AND CONCLUDE THAT THE FREIGHT CHARGES ON THE SHIPMENT TRANSPORTED UNDER THE BILL OF LADING SHOULD BE RECOMPUTED ON AN EXCLUSIVE-USE-OF-VEHICLE BASIS.
