MACQUARRIE: REFERENCE IS MADE TO YOUR LETTER OF DECEMBER 1. CONCERNING THE DISALLOWANCE OF YOUR CLAIM FOR WAGES YOU BELIEVE ARE DUE FOR PAINTING WORK YOU ALLEGE YOU PERFORMED FOR ROXBURY STEEL AND ROOF COATING COMPANY. WHILE YOUR NAME WAS INCLUDED IN A GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION PREPARED SCHEDULE LISTING PERSONS THE CONTRACTOR ALLEGEDLY FAILED TO PAY MINIMUM WAGE RATES PRESCRIBED IN THE CONTRACT. AS YOU WERE ADVISED IN CLAIMS DIVISION SETTLEMENT OF AUGUST 9. THE EVIDENCE SUBMITTED TO SUPPORT THE SCHEDULE DID NOT ESTABLISH CONCLUSIVELY THAT YOU WERE DUE ANYTHING. IT IS FOR THAT REASON THAT YOUR CLAIM WAS DISALLOWED. THE FUNDS THAT HAD BEEN WITHHELD FROM THE CONTRACTOR'S EARNINGS UNDER THE CONTRACT FOR WAGE ADJUSTMENTS WERE APPLIED TO SATISFY ESTABLISHED CLAIMS AGAINST THE CONTRACTOR SO THAT NONE IS ANY LONGER AVAILABLE FOR DISPOSITION.
