REFERENCE IS MADE TO YOUR LETTER OF FEBRUARY 7, 1962, CONCERNING WAGE ADJUSTMENTS TO CERTAIN EMPLOYEES OF ENDICOTT CONSTRUCTION SERVICES, INC., FOR WORK PERFORMED UNDER CONTRACT DA-30-075-CIVENG-58 80 PURSUANT TO REQUIREMENTS OF THE DAVIS-BACON ACT, 40 U.S.C. 276A.

OUR CLAIMS DIVISION IS BEING INSTRUCTED TODAY TO MAKE THE NECESSARY ADJUSTMENTS, AND THE EMPLOYEES SHOULD RECEIVE APPROPRIATE PAYMENTS IN DUE COURSE WITHOUT NECESSITY OF FURTHER ACTION ON THEIR PART.
